About PokéProbability

PokéProbability is designed for Pokémon TCG collectors who want to make more informed decisions about their card acquisitions. Whether you're looking to complete your collection or trying to determine if chasing a particular card is worth the investment, our calculator provides the data you need.

How Does It Work?

Our calculator uses data from the PokemonTCG API to retrieve accurate information about sets and cards. We then apply probability calculations based on card rarity, set characteristics, and pull rate patterns to estimate your chances of finding specific cards.

While no calculator can perfectly predict the outcome of pack openings due to the random nature of card distribution, our estimates aim to provide a reasonable expectation based on known factors and historical pull rates.

For profitability assessments, we incorporate current market value data from TCGPlayer and Cardmarket when available. Graded card value estimates are provided using industry-observed multipliers based on the grade and condition, though actual market prices for graded cards can vary significantly.

Remember that collecting should primarily be about enjoyment—these tools simply help you make more informed decisions about the financial aspects of the hobby.
